Four women of Chinese descent, got together to make dumplings from scratch. What I most loved about this, was the banter between the four of us in two Chinese dialects and English. One is from Northern China, another from Southern China and two born and raised here in Canada. Yet, from different backgrounds, we connected over food. How perfect is that?! At the very least, more perfect than our dumplings.
