Words cannot begin to describe the vastness and awesomeness that is the Grand Canyon. The photos we see or take simply do not do it justice.

We spent a whole day on the North Rim where the weather is more temperate. There is much more green here than I expected. The weather varied quite a bit throughout the day as well… From wearing sun hats to rain jackets.

Within minutes of taking this shot we encountered a huge hail storm as we made a mad dash to the truck. Thankfully the kids were not with us as they had fallen asleep.

After the storm, the sun came back out to paint the sky. So blessed to experience this glorious sunset.

This whole trip has been such a huge blessing… Through the conversations we have with people we meet to the sights we see along the way. However, the driving and all involved with camping have been exhausting. But God has been teaching us to rest in His presence and to enjoy the beauty He’s give us the opportunity to see.

Be on the lookout for everything I have prepared for you: stunning scenery, bracing winds of adventure, cozy nooks for resting when you are weary, and much more. I am your Guide, as well as your constant Companion. I know every step of the journey ahead of you, all the way to heaven. ~Jesus Calling[/quote]

We are now enjoying our time at Bryce Canyon. Hope to update again soon!

    • Thanks, Kim! Appreciate you following along. It has been such an incredible journey. Overheard someone say at Crater Lake, “How can anyone look at this and say there is no God?” So blessed to see all we have.
