Perfect for grilling season! This chicken comes out juicy and delicious. It doesn’t get much easier than this.

This is based on my grandma’s soy sauce chicken recipe. She used to pan fry the chicken on the stovetop but we’re going to grill them instead. These are perfect for grilling season and they can be served multiple ways… with rice, with summer salads, in a bun. So easy, but so juicy and delicious!

Makes 4-6 servings

Ingredients

1½ pounds chicken thighs, boneless, skinless (8-10 thighs)
½ oz ginger, sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken, ginger, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and cornstarch.  Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight, covered in the fridge.
  2. When ready to cook, place them on a hot grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Serve with rice and veggies.
