I had a tub of lemon yogurt that was about to expire and there was no way I could possible eat all that yogurt. So, I found this lemon yogurt cake recipe in Ina Garten’s At Home cookbook (amazingly, there is no butter in this recipe). It turned out so moist and lemony. I’m a little bit obsessed with lemons, so this was the perfect solution for my yogurt. It also just so happens that I had two events where I needed to bring something. So, I made two loaves and that was that!
Honestly, it was REALLY good, without the sugar.
Such a good hubby. I will definitely cut the sugar in the future but will try not to forget it completely!
